How to Use

1. After applying toner in the evening, gently spread an appropriate amount over your face and use Sulwhasoo Benecircle Massage Techniques to massage for 3-5 minutes.
2. Then gently wipe off with tissue and rinse with lukewarm water or a steamed hot towel.

Sulwhasoo Benecircle Massage Techniques

• Step 1: Relaxing (Part of hand to use → Eyebrows → Cheeks → Chin → Neck)
• Place the thumbs on the hairline next to the temples and use the index finger to press and roll gently from the front of the eyebrows to the temples.
  
• Place the thumbs on each end of the underside of the cheek and gently press and roll from the sides of the nose to the up to ears.
• Place the thumbs below the chin and gently press and roll from the center to the ends of the chin.
• Tilt the head back and, with the folded index finger, gently press and roll from the protruding parts on the sides of the neck, from top to bottoms.
  
• Step 2: Pinching (Part of hand to use → Eyebrows → Cheeks → Chin → Neck)
• Put the hand into a fist, raise only the thumb, and use the side part of the folded index finger. 
  
• Place the thumbs beneath the eyebrows and, with the sides of the index fingers, press the eyebrow area with pinching motions.
  
• Pinch and press from the sides of the nose to the cheeks and middle of the ears.
  
• With Pinching motions, press from the middle to the ends of the chin along the chin line.
• Tile the head back and press the protruding parts on the neck form top to bottom.
• Step: 3: Lifting (Part of hand to use → Eyebrows → Cheeks → Chin → Neck)
• Use the boundary where the palm meets the wrist.
  
• Place the bottoms of the palms on the eyebrows and push all the way toward the hairline.
  
• Press the bottoms of the palms on the sides of the nose and press upward to the center of the ears.
• Press the bottoms of the palms on the center of the chin and press upward to the ends of the chin.
• Tile the head back, press the bottoms of the palms beneath the protruding parts of the neck and push upward.
